Q: WHAT IS THE MONAT MAXWELL PHD CERTIFICATION?
A: The MONAT Maxwell PhD Certification is the third and final year long course in the MONAT Maxwell Program and is for those who have completed and graduated both the MONAT Maxwell Certification Program and the MONAT Maxwell Master’s Program. Those in Group 1 can apply in July 2021 and will begin in September 2021, during which Directors will gain knowledge, insight and information from his teaching and guidance.
Q. HOW DO I QUALIFY FOR THE MONAT MAXWELL PHD CERTIFICATION – GROUP 1 in 2021/2022
A. In order to apply you must have attended 2 of 4 of the live quarterly calls from the previous program, after which you will be invited to apply for the PhD Certification. All applicants must hold a Director career title in September 2021 and maintain AED+ for the remainder of the year.
Q. WHAT HAPPENS IF I DEMOTE DURING THE YEAR?
A. Should you demote below an Associate Executive Director during the yearlong program, you are still invited to attend the live calls; however, you must regain Director status by the end of the program to be invited for graduation as it is exclusively for Directors.
Q. WHAT DOES THE APPLICATION CONSIST OF?
A: MONAT and the John Maxwell Team will begin accepting applications July 16, 2021, until August 16, 2021. Once you submit the form and understand the commitment this program requires, your application will be reviewed, and you will be emailed with your acceptance into the program.
Q: WHAT DOES THE MONAT MAXWELL PHD CERTIFICATION PROGRAM CONSIST OF?
A: The MONAT PhD Certification Program consists of live calls/trainings with John. There may also be in person trainings. During the trainings Market Partners will be assigned course work, books to read, before the next call and will be invited to “check-in” calls with MONAT Corporate staff from time to time.
Q: WILL THE MONAT MAXWELL PHD Certification CALLS/MEETINGS BE RECORDED?
A: No, the calls with John will not be recorded.
Q: WHAT IF I CAN’T ATTEND THE CALL?
A: Unfortunately, we will not be recording the calls or meetings in order to share them. Should you not be able to attend the live meeting or calls, you will simply not be provided with that day’s learnings.
Q: WHAT CAN I SHARE WITH MY TEAM FROM THE MONAT MAXWELL PHD CERTIFICATION PROGRAM CALLS?
A: While you are not permitted to share the actual call information/login, the PhD program is designed for you to put forth your learnings with your team.
Q: WHAT HAPPENS ONCE I HAVE COMPLETED THE MONAT MAXWELL PHD Certification?
A: Once you have completed the MONAT Maxwell PhD Certification Program you will be asked to submit to the MONAT and Maxwell Team a final piece answering a thought-provoking question provided by John himself.
Should you submit your piece at the end of the program, you along with all other earners/graduates will be invited to spend a day with John Maxwell and participate in the MONAT Maxwell PhD Certification Graduation Ceremony. John Maxwell Team coaching affiliation is a separate coaching program run by John Maxwell and is in no way no affiliated with the MONAT Maxwell Certification Program.
Q: IS MONAT MAXWELL PHD Certification A DESIGNATION I CAN INCLUDE AMONG MY ACCOMPLISHMENTS ALONG WITH FOUNDER, EMERGING FOUNDER, ET CETERA?
A: Yes, absolutely!
Q: WHAT IF I DO NOT SUBMIT A FINAL PIECE? CAN I STILL BE INCLUDED IN THE DAY WITH JOHN AND PARTICIATE IN THE GRADUATION?
A: No, you must have completed all coursework and attended all calls to be invited to the day with John Maxwell and/or graduate.
Q: WHAT IF I CANNOT ATTEND THE DAY WITH JOHN, BUT COMPLETED ALL THE REQUIREMENT, WILL I STILL GRADUATE?
A: Yes, you will still be considered a graduate should you not be able to attend the day with John Maxwell.
